Before coming Robert conversed with me about what was best for my requirements. He was very patient and answered all my questions. Robert and his colleague were very professional upon arrival work was completed with ease with no faffing about. I had another problem with some lights that Robert diagnosed, went to get what was needed and fixed them no problem after being told by 2 other electricians that the problem was complex and that my house could need re wiring!!! Nice to have someone in the house who seemed to care about their job and what was best for myself and not their pocket. Thank you so much. NRG will now be my go to for anything electrical.
